Some Common Limiting Beliefs

  • There’s not enough money to go around.
  • I can’t get over bad things that have happened in the past.
  • I don’t accept change easily.
  • If people knew the “real” me, they wouldn’t love me.
  • It is a constant struggle to have a healthy body.
  • No matter what I do or how hard I try it is never good enough.
  • The decisions I make usually turn out to be wrong.
