Some Common Limiting Beliefs
- There’s not enough money to go around.
- I can’t get over bad things that have happened in the past.
- I don’t accept change easily.
- If people knew the “real” me, they wouldn’t love me.
- It is a constant struggle to have a healthy body.
- No matter what I do or how hard I try it is never good enough.
- The decisions I make usually turn out to be wrong.
